Before you book (quick read)

• Please let us have 15 minutes to set up fabrics before your appointment.
• Dogs – not able to come into the room, sorry.
• We only visit homes and businesses in England and Wales.

What we’ll do

• We’ll arrive on time, knock or call you, and wait up to 15 minutes.
• If there’s no answer, we’ll wait outside a bit and try again.

Your booking fee

• You get your fee back if you buy something (we take it off your bill).
• Changed your mind or booked by mistake? You can get a refund, minus a small admin fee.
• If your address isn’t in England or Wales, we can’t visit. You’ll get a refund, minus an admin fee.
• If we can’t reach you after 15 minutes, the fee is non-refundable. (That’s in our T&Cs.)
