Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Yes. Full payment is required before production begins. We do not start tailoring any garment without complete advance payment.

Alterations are available only under specific conditions. For full-price bespoke orders, adjustments are limited to:

  • Sleeve (arm) length

  • Jacket length

  • Trouser length

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

No. Items purchased during sales or promotional offers are strictly non-alterable and non-refundable.

No. These measurements cannot be adjusted. Due to natural body changes that may occur within 4 to 6 weeks after delivery, we do not offer alterations for chest, shoulders, stomach, or thigh areas.

Once approved, alterations may take up to 2 weeks to complete. During peak seasons such as Christmas and summer holidays, processing times may be longer.

We offer three ways to order: Studio Orders (by appointment, UK only, with unlimited customisation and access to 9,000+ fabrics), Online Orders (no appointment needed, worldwide delivery, from a curated 200+ fabric range), and Trunk Orders (priority booking or walk-in, worldwide delivery, with 5,000+ fabrics and unlimited customisation).

Processing time depends on the order type. Studio and Trunk Orders typically take 4–6 weeks, while Online Orders take 3–6 weeks. Timelines may extend slightly during busy periods such as Christmas and summer.

Your appointment begins with a full set of body measurements, taken from neck to feet and double-checked for accuracy. You’ll then work with our team to design your garment, choosing everything from collar, cuffs, and lapels to buttons and thread.

Yes. Once your measurements are taken, our team guides you through fabric, lining, buttons, and styling choices, so your garment is built entirely around your preferences. Studio and Trunk Orders offer unlimited customisation, while Online Orders offer a more limited selection.

This depends on how you order. Studio Orders can be paid by cash, card, or bank transfer; Online Orders are card only; and Trunk Orders accept cash, bank transfer, or card (EU only).

All measurements are confirmed by the customer on the day of the appointment and recorded on the order sheet. Customers are fully responsible for verifying their measurements before production begins.

Elite Bespoke Fashions staff, including sales and fashion advisors, are not liable for discrepancies once measurements are confirmed and approved by the customer.

No. As a custom clothing brand, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Since each garment is custom-made, returns are not accepted. Only eligible alterations may be considered according to our alteration policy.

Once production has begun, no changes can be made to the design, fabric, measurements, or styling details. We strongly advise customers to carefully review and confirm all specifications during their appointment before approving the order.

Yes. Online and Trunk Orders are delivered worldwide, while Studio Orders are currently delivered within the UK only.

Yes. As part of the design stage, we can add a custom monogram, such as your name, stitched inside the lining of your garment.

Yes, for Studio and Trunk Orders. Our advisors help recommend cuts, fabrics, and designs suited to your body type and personal style as part of the consultation.

If needed, minor adjustments such as a tighter fit or shorter length can be made after delivery, in line with our alteration policy. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order and are limited to sleeve, jacket, and trouser length.

Yes. Trunk Shows let you book a priority appointment or walk in to meet our team in person, with access to 5,000+ fabrics and unlimited customisation, without needing to visit a permanent studio location.
